Apex
At Apex, our signature on-mountain dining experience, 12 to 150 guests may dine privately in a variety of restaurant configurations, including an interactive Chef's Table with seating for up to 10 guests, a Private Dining Room with seating for up to 50 and our slope-side Apex Terrace with seating for 150 among the glow of fire pits. Inside, our mountain American grill evokes a warm ambiance in an unparalleled setting overlooking the aspen groves, where guests mingle among leather seating niches, beneath high-beamed ceilings and flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows that put everyone in touch with nature. An extensive wine list complements inspired farm-to-table cuisine that elevates dining to an art form.
Daly's Pub & Rec
For a dose of upscale pub fare and recreational pursuits, the convivial atmosphere of Daly's Pub & Rec always fits the bill. Groups from 10 to 160 are treated to a welcoming scene akin to a small-town tavern, complete with custom furnishings and friendly associates. Menus feature authentic favorites, hearty cuisine and specialty pizzas created in the pub's own display brick oven. Local microbrews, wines, spirits and specialty sodas round out the offerings.
