MONTAGE DEER VALLEY ANNOUNCES CO-BROKERAGE AGREEMENT

DV Luxury Resort Realty LLC To Partner With Park City's Prudential Utah Real Estate To Market Private Montage Residences At New Empire Pass Mountain Resort Opening Winter 2010/2011

PARK CITY, UTAH - (January 29, 2010) - Montage Deer Valley, a new mountain resort with 174 guestrooms and 81 private residences opening Winter 2010/2011 in a coveted on-mountain Empire Pass location with ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort, today announced that its in-house brokerage, DV Luxury Resort Realty LLC, will partner with Park City-based Prudential Utah Real Estate in the exclusive representation of the Montage Residences Deer Valley.
