MONTAGE DEER VALLEY LAUNCHES SALES OF PRIVATE RESIDENCES

PARK CITY, UTAH — Montage Residences Deer Valley, 81 private residences atop the 174-room Montage Deer Valley, has released its first 15 residences for sale in desirable Deer Valley, Utah. With plans to open in Winter 2010/2011 on a coveted on-mountain Empire Pass location, Montage Deer Valley will afford owners ski-in, ski-out access to the Deer Valley Resort, expansive mountain and valley views and a host of 24-hour Montage amenities and services, including a residential concierge staff to attend to every household matter.

Priced from $2 million, the first phase of 15 residences offer spacious one- to four-bedroom layouts represented by DV Luxury Resort Realty LLC in partnership with Park City-based Prudential Utah Real Estate. A 2,489-square-foot, 3-bedroom model residence with custom appointments and furnishings is available for viewing with sales contracts for residences already in progress.

Forty-nine of the one- to four-bedroom residences (1,200 to 3,300 square feet) will be offered fully furnished with an estate-quality leather and upholstered custom collection that complements the refined cherry-stained millwork and cabinetry, accented by hand-knotted rugs. Other interior touches will include custom lighting and hand-selected artwork. These private residences may be offered for rental to hotel guests at the option of the homeowner. Another 32 of the residences, with two to four bedrooms ranging from 1,900 to 6,900 square feet, will be offered unfurnished for custom interiors that suit individual owners’ tastes.

Earlier this year, as the resort celebrated its topping off, a significant construction milestone, Barron’s magazine announced that “the market for luxury real estate is coming back to life” and named Park City and “the understated year-round resort community of Deer Valley” to the No. 4 spot, the first non-coastal destination on its list of the 10 Best Places for Second Homes.
