MONTAGE DEER VALLEY TOPS OFF NEW EMPIRE PASS MOUNTAIN RESORT BUILDING

Tradesmen & Development Team ‘Top Off’ & Celebrate Milestone of 174-Room Resort with 81 Private Residences Opening Winter 2010/2011 - Symbolic Tree Now Marks Deer Valley’s Newest Mountain Resort

PARK CITY, UTAH – (March 12, 2010) – Members of the Montage Deer Valley construction, design and development teams gathered today to celebrate the topping off of this new mountain resort set to open Winter 2010/2011 in a coveted on-mountain Empire Pass location with ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort.

As team members celebrated, tradesmen affixed the traditional evergreen tree atop the structure after the last beam was laid in place, commemorating the achievement of a major construction milestone with a symbol of growth and good luck.

It’s a tribute to our hard-working crews and partners, including Utah’s Layton Construction, HKS Hill Glazier Design Studio and Wilson Associates, to mark such safe and swift progress,” said Kim Richards, President, the Athens Group, the project developer.
