Resort Overview:
Montage Deer Valley, planned to open December 2010 in the year-round mountain community of Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, will offer 174 luxury guest rooms and suites, as well as 81 private residences in its timeless lodge design.

Reminiscent of the great mountain lodges of North America, Montage Deer Valley will feature a refined Mountain Craftsman style to complement its majestic Wasatch Mountain setting, complete with views of inspiring ski slopes and pristine sub-alpine valleys. The resort will offer extensive 24-hour services, amenities and all-season indoor/outdoor recreational programs that make the most of its location adjacent to thousands of acres of wooded forest terrain and ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort.

Montage Deer Valley will include:

Montage Residences:
In keeping with the refined Mountain Craftsman lodge design, the resort will feature stone foundations, dramatic roof forms, high ceilings, expansive windows with scenic views, and generous indoor/outdoor access. 81 private luxury residences will be situated on the upper six floors of the lodge-style resort building, where many will offer premium vistas of the mountain setting.

The spacious 1-, 2-, 3-, 4+ bedroom residences will range from approximately 1,200 to 6,900 square-feet and feature high ceilings, private balconies, gas fireplaces, fully-equipped high-end kitchens and luxurious five-fixture stone master bathrooms with coffered ceilings and heated bath floors.

Forty-nine of the residences, with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4+ bedrooms ranging from 1,200 - 3,300 square feet, will be offered fully furnished, complete with the resort's estate-quality furnishings, fabrics and interior design touches. These residences may be offered as hotel suites for rental to hotel guests at the option of the homeowner.

Another 32 of the residences, with 2-, 3-, 4+ bedrooms ranging from approximately 1,900 to 6,900 square-feet, will be offered unfurnished for custom interiors based on the homeowner's individual tastes.

Montage Services & Amenities:
Residents will have access to all Montage Deer Valley resort services and amenities, including residential concierge services, spa services, ski and bike concierge and valet services and access to Deer Valley Resort recreation.

A private owner's lounge on the resort's 8th floor will be home to the residential concierge staff. Exclusive services available to residential homeowners include travel and transportation arrangements, valet parking, luggage and sports equipment shipping and unpacking, grocery stocking, dining and spa reservations, catering, business services, childcare, entertaining and event planning assistance, and all activity bookings. The staff can also arrange housekeeping and maintenance services.

An additional privilege of Montage Deer Valley residential ownership is the opportunity for membership at the Talisker Club, which provides private access to more than 10,000 acres of private wilderness; outdoor recreational pursuits, including world-class skiing and private fly fishing, and admittance to the on-mountain members-only restaurant facilities. Separate application and membership fees apply.

Gathering & Dining Areas:
A lobby great room with the ambiance of an elegant mountain estate will serve as a central gathering spot, with a large stone fireplace, comfortable residential-style seating areas and a welcoming lounge offering specialty fare and cocktails.

The resorts signature restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an array of seasonal offerings that may be enjoyed indoors by the fireplaces or outdoors on the après-ski terrace surrounded by fire pits adjacent to the ski slopes. For those wishing to get a head start on the great outdoors, the coffee shop will provide convenient beverages and creative breakfast and lunch items to go.

The resorts casual restaurant will cater to groups and families, offering signature pizzas and sandwiches from the restaurants' own brick oven. A wrap around bar will feature beverages in a convivial environment with a variety of indoor arcade games, including billiards, bowling, darts room and table shuffleboard.

A spacious outdoor pool and sun deck, complete with a series of whirlpool spas, and an après-ski terrace with inviting fire pits, will offer dining and beverages.

Residents and guests may also enjoy 24-hour in-room dining, with an abundant selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as indulgent desserts, cheeses and more. For in suite entertaining, the catering department will offer myriad choices suitable for special occasions, après-ski relaxation or pre-function gatherings.

Guest Rooms & Suites:
Montage will offer 174 luxury guest rooms and suites, each with a gas fireplace, and scenic views. Majority of guestrooms offer private balcony or patio. In addition, all accommodations will feature estate-quality furnishings, signature Montage bedding and linens, five-fixture stone bathrooms with separate glass-wall showers and soaking tubs, and state-of-the-art technology, including high speed WI-FI and LCD televisions.

Spa Montage:
The approximately 35,000-square-foot resort spa will include separate men's and women's club-style relaxation areas and locker rooms, each with steam room, sauna, whirlpool and deluge shower; an indoor lap pool and coed relaxation area; 29 wet and dry treatment rooms, including two Vichy shower treatment rooms, two hydrotherapy rooms and two couples' massage rooms; fitness center with a monthly calendar of wellness and fitness classes; a large spa boutique; and full-service salon. Signature spa services incorporating natural elements of the Wasatch Mountains will reflect Montage's commitment to holistic wellness and comprehensive therapist training.

Meeting & Event Space:
The resort will offer approximately 17,000 square-feet of indoor meeting space, including a 4,300-square-foot ballroom, a 2,450-square-foot junior ballroom, a board room suitable for executive meetings and three intimate meeting rooms. In addition, there will be an extensive pre-function area, including outdoor terraces and lawn areas ideal for weddings and special events in spring, summer and fall.

Recreation:
Montage Deer Valley offers unparalleled access to world-class recreation. During the winter ski season, guests and residents will enjoy unrivaled ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort, named North America's #1 ski resort in 2007, 2008 and 2009 by SKI Magazine. Montage is situated in the Empire Canyon area on mountain, near the top of the Deer Valley Resort with access to a variety of trails and ski experiences. This includes more than 200 acres of all-new peaks and gladed terrain, and nine new trails, reached by the new high-speed quad chairlift, the Lady Morgan Express, that opened in December 2007 named for a nearby lake that was a favorite of area miners in the 1890s.

Montage ski and bike concierge staff will receive, store and prepare all ski and bike equipment, warm boots, and arrange lift tickets and lessons, including private lessons from the Deer Valley Ski School, so that residents and guests may simply concentrate on enjoying themselves.

Other outdoor winter recreational pursuits include snowshoeing, ice skating, cross country skiing, snow mobiling and sleigh rides.

During spring, summer and fall, the resort's sub-alpine mountain terrain, forested valleys, scenic trails and area rivers are ideal for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, swimming, fly fishing, kayaking, rafting, falconry and more.

In addition, Montage Deer Valley will offer an array of activities for children ages 5-12 as part of its daily children's club, and can arrange a variety of unique experiences for guests and residents of all ages, including outdoor painting or nature photography sessions with area experts, guided hikes and mountain bike treks, species spotting with a naturalist, fly fishing instruction and gourmet picnics.

Indoor pursuits will include culinary demonstrations, wine tastings, wine and spirits seminars and exclusive boutique shopping experiences.

Sustainable Initiatives:
Montage Deer Valley is committed to using sustainable design principles. Commitment to this innovative and eco-friendly design led the Environmental Protection Agency to select Montage as its first national ER3 (Environmental Responsible Redevelopment and Reuse) project in April 2007.

Area Activities:
Park City's old town, an historic mining village just minutes from the resort, features charming art galleries, shops and restaurants in quaint storefronts. The area also offers an ongoing calendar of indoor and outdoor concerts, performing arts, artist and salon events and festivals.

Area Transportation:
Montage Deer Valley will operate convenient service for guests and residents, with regular transportation to the shopping and dining district of historic Park City.

Underground Parking:
In keeping with the classic lodge-style design, all parking at the resort will be unobtrusive and underground. Valet staff will park and retrieve vehicles, and facilitate loading and unloading of luggage and sports equipment.
