Custom rolls and sashimi are the order of the day at Yama Sushi. Translated from the Japanese word for mountain, Yama Sushi serves the finest seafood along with sake flight pairings and beers from around the world. The ski runs of Empire mountain serve as a picturesque backdrop to enjoy live entertainment and inspired Asian fare.
The restaurant is open for the Winter and Summer seasons and is closed from April 15 through June 15 and October 15 through December 5.
